INSIDE THE LEARNING CENTER

At the PING Learning Center we have worked extremely hard to create a world-class learning environment. Our host is the award winning, Pete Dye designed, ASU Karsten Golf Course which is the training ground for the National Champion ASU men and women’s golf teams. This practice environment has helped develop the skills of some of the best players in the world today.

A private lesson tee as well as an expansive putting and short game area gives us the luxury to teach every shot in the game under ideal learning conditions. We can assure you that your PING Learning Center experience will not only utilize this world-class training ground, but will also consist of the most effective learning tools and state of the art video technologies available today.

Teaching Philosophy
Fundamentals, fundamentals, fundamentals! Let me show you what good players do. Let me show you what you are doing with use of video recording and playback. Then, let¹s put a practice routine together that will help you transition faster to a more productive set of mechanics. I want my students to know what to practice, how to practice, but most importantly WHY good players do what they do. When you leave a lesson with me you will understand how the practice will improve your game.

BILL MEYERS

Billy is an accomplished player and quickly identifies solutions that will help golfers improve their golf scores. Presenting information with passion, enthusiasm, mentoring, proselytizing and coaching individuals on the idea they are better than they imagine and they can quickly improve.
A round of golf can be incredibly frustrating for individuals who never imagine themselves as golfers. Golf is in his DNA, and Billy’s goal is to help individuals see that it¹s in their DNA, too. This means employing simple relatable techniques that provide an “a-ha” moment.

He’ll help you focus on immediate improvement through the short game. Improvement in golf scores and handicaps lie in focusing on the short game, not increasing distance. Billy’s focus is motivating students to lower their scores by improving and mastering their short games. He instructs, motivates, mentors and excites golfers of all levels, convincing them they have an opportunity to be far better than they ever imagined. Setting reachable goals by providing both support and enthusiasm, Billy will help make your journey enjoyable and entertaining. Time spent with him will neither be a commodity or a lesson, but an experience. Call Billy at (602) 570-1254 to discuss your needs and arrange a visit.
