Much more than just a display case for all trophies racked up by ASU Golf over the years, The Trophy Room Restaurant at ASU Karsten Golf Course is a comfortable breakfast and lunch establishment with an eclectic selection ranging from the Pitchfork Burrito to the classic Karsten Club Sandwich.

All the items on the menu are crafted from fresh ingredients including locally sourced produce and grass-fed, organic beef raised an hour away from the dining room. It’s the perfect place to fuel up before or after a day on the golf course; treat a client or business associate to a productive lunch; belly up to the bar for a quick burger and cold beer; or lounge on the covered patio to take in the view.

The dining room is decked out with a collection of ASU memorability including NCAA National Championship trophies and the U.S. Amateur Championship’s Havenmeyer Cup captured by alums Mayfair, Mickelson and Quinney. A bust of “Solly” Sollenberger commemorates his dogged determination to make ASU Karsten Golf Course a reality. You’ll also find golf bags from alums such as Phil Mickelson, Paul Casey, Pat Perez, Azahara Munoz and Anna Nordqvist, among other historical gems.

The Trophy Room features two private event rooms located behind floor-to-ceiling glass walls that are perfect for small to medium-sized gatherings of all varieties such as birthday parties, anniversary parties, business meetings and presentations, rehearsal dinners, fantasy league drafts…you name it! And the professional event and catering staff is dedicated to handling the details so you can enjoy the moment.
